What we do
We work with parks, attractions, and experience-economy organizations on the human and organizational challenges that determine whether strategic change actually takes hold.
Our approach
Most organizations facing change have a clear picture of where they want to go. What they underestimate is the human distance between here and there — the culture gaps, the communication breakdowns, the resistance that nobody named, the staff who aren't bringing guests along on the journey.
We work on that distance. Practically, specifically, and from the inside out.
borogodó
An untranslatable Brazilian quality — the ineffable charm and human warmth that makes a person, a place, or a moment impossible to ignore.
Every organization has its own borogodó. Our work is helping you find it, develop it, and make sure it survives the pressures of growth, change, and transformation.
Service areas
We map the gap between what leadership believes is happening and what people on the ground are actually living. A structured diagnostic that draws on emotional intelligence frameworks and real performance indicators to name what everyone senses but nobody has articulated — and tells you where to act first.
Entry-point offerStructured change management for organizations navigating transformation — new ownership, strategic repositioning, technology adoption, team restructuring, or rapid growth. We design and lead the human side of the transition: stakeholder alignment, communication planning, resistance management, and adoption.
Core practiceAI implementation fails when no one plans the human transition. We work with operators introducing AI tools to ensure staff understand, trust, and actually adopt them — addressing the cultural friction before it derails the rollout.
Emerging priorityWe help operators articulate, sharpen, and embed the story behind their experience — from concept narrative to guest journey design to the language used by every team member on the floor. Includes experiential content development for immersive installations and new attractions.
Creative & strategicFor international operators and developers entering Latin America, or LATAM operators seeking international benchmarks. Market intelligence, stakeholder mapping, supplier and partner introductions, owner's representation, and the cultural translation that determines whether a project lands well or badly.
LATAM specialistThe cycle worth breaking
Parks don't invest in their people because turnover makes investment feel futile. Staff leave because they never found their why — the meaning behind the job itself. The guest feels the difference. The bottom line registers it eventually.
This is a cycle that can be broken. Not through HR processes alone, but by building a culture that genuinely accounts for the humans behind every shift, every interaction, every experience delivered.
“The hardest translation is never between languages. It’s between people, departments, cultures, and expectations.”

About us
Canopy Solutions was founded to do the work the industry needs but rarely names — developing the human side of what makes parks and attractions extraordinary.
Cynthia Vergon
Change & Experience Strategist
Cynthia Vergon helps parks, attractions, and experience-driven organizations navigate transformation in ways that actually work for people. Her career was never linear. That is precisely what makes her perspective useful.
Over two decades working at the intersection of communication, cultural intelligence, creative strategy, and the attractions industry gave her something rare: a view from the inside. She understands the creative vision and the operational reality, the guest psychology and the organizational friction that derails even the best-intentioned change.
She founded InFact Global in 2003, building a multilingual communication agency that specialized in the themed entertainment and experience economy across more than 35 languages. Alongside that work, she developed and contributed to corporate strategies for organizations across multiple sectors. That work gave her a helicopter view of how organizations function, where change gets stuck, and what leadership teams consistently underestimate. It taught her that the hardest translation is never the one between languages. It's the one between people, departments, cultures, and expectations.
She served on the TEA EMEA Division board from 2017 to 2021, and through IAAPA's EMEA education committee moderated IDEA sessions on inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility at European trade shows. It also took her into the creative side of experience design, working with leading design firms in Europe and the US.
Living and working in Brazil gave her a completely different lens on this industry and a deep investment in its future. Through Canopy Solutions, she works directly with operators, developers, and leadership teams on the things that quietly stall transformation: the gap between what leadership believes the culture is and what people on the ground actually experience, the human side of AI and technology adoption, and the organizational friction that erodes guest experience long before it shows up in the numbers.
She works in French, English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Background & credentials
“I believe it’s the people, culture, and organizational reality that determine whether change actually lands — or whether it just adds a new layer of quiet dysfunction.”Cynthia Vergon · Canopy Solutions
Why Brazil
Brazil's experience industry faces the same pressures as every major market: staff retention, talent development, AI adoption, and the persistent gap between what leadership envisions and what teams on the ground can actually deliver. But it has its own texture. The operators who navigate this well need partners who understand both the international practice and the local human reality.
“When your people thrive, your guests feel it. Your results reflect it.”
